BILL MCNALLY
As founding principal, Bill offers the practice rare wisdom and insight - gained from over fifty years in the law. Bill has worked for unions and their members his entire professional career.
He is recognised as one of the country's most senior practicing industrial lawyers, whether before Judges, Magistrates or Commissioners.
During his illustrious career, Bill has trained many leading Judges, QCs, Barristers and Solicitors. He is particularly proud of his role as one of the pioneers of compulsory employee superannuation. Bill is an Accredited Specialist in Employment and Industrial Law.
DAVID TRAINOR
David has been a solicitor for over 27 years, and has been a Partner of the firm for most of that time.
He practices exclusively in insurance law, prosecuting all types of insurance claims.
David was highly instrumental in developing the Federal Seafarers' Compensation Act, and is also an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury law.
MICHAEL JALOUSSIS
Michael has been a solicitor for over 26 years, and has been a Partner of the firm for most of that time.
He has broad experience in many areas of the law, and is able to offer clients representation in Industrial Matters, Employment Law, Superannuation Disability Claims, Family Law, Deceased Estates, Criminal Law and general legal matters.
Michael speaks fluent Greek.
RICHARD BRENNAN
Richard has been a solicitor since 1977 and has practiced mainly in the personal injury field since then. He was a partner of Jones Staff & Co for 28 years prior to its merger with W.G.McNally & Co. Richard has acted in many of the leading cases in his field over the years and has been a member of the Compensation Court Rules Committee and currently represents the Law Society in discussions with WorkCover aimed to improve delivery of compensation benefits. He advised Unions N.S.W. in relation to the 2001 amendments. Richard adopts a "hands on" approach to his matters and personally attends to all aspects of his matters, appearing on behalf of his clients at the hearing of their matters.
